By purchasing our products you agree to the following terms of service.

Pollock Works thanks you for your interest in our products and any purchases you may choose to make, whether now or in the future!  We truly appreciate your support of our passion project as we strive to provide our customers with kitchenware that’s both functional and decorative.  Before proceeding with any purchase of our products, please be aware that the following terms apply to the offering and sale of our products (in addition to any other terms of sale presented during the checkout process):

  1. All products are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. 

  2. The stated prices for all products are subject to change and are exclusive of taxes and shipping/handling costs.  The purchaser is responsible for paying all applicable taxes and any shipping/handling costs.

  3. All sales are final.  We will, on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion, consider the return of unused products for credit.  Any shipping/handling costs associated with such returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  4. We endeavor to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of our products available for sale on this website. However, it’s possible that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products included in this website will not be 100% accurate, complete, current, or free of other unintended errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of our products.

  5. All of our products are intended to function in the manner and for the purposes described in this website and should not be used for any other purposes.  Product features and functionality are subject to normal wear and tear over time through normal use.  Product features and functionality are dependent upon the user taking proper care of the products (refer to the “Product Care” section of this website).  

  6. All of our products are offered and sold “as-is” without any warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, of any nature. Use of our products by a user is at the user’s risk.  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POLLOCK WORKS ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY USE OR MISUSE OF OUR PRODUCTS, AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (HOWEVER CAUSED AND OF WHATEVER NATURE) ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE or misuse OF OUR PRODUCTS.

  7. To the extent a purchaser provides and we collect any personal information in connection with a purchaser’s purchase of our products (such as the purchaser’s name, address, or payment methods), we will only use such information for the purpose of completing the sale and delivery of our products to the purchaser and matters associated therewith and for no other purpose.
